3.0 liter Returnless Fuel Rail Mod for Return Fuel System

The return style fuel system on the contours and cougars is not adaptable to the newer oval port 3.0 liter engine swaps. The fuel mod requires you to mount the OEM fuel pressure regulator off of the 2.5 liter return style fuel rail to the precision machined block to allow for the new returnless 3.0 liter fuel rail to be regulated by the mechanical regulator. This provides you with the safety of not springing a leak when you braze or weld or modify the 3 liter fuel rail from stock form. The fuel block system we provide includes some new o-rings sized for the block and requires no modifications at all. Now you can swap your 2.5 liter engine with a full 3.0 liter engine reducing the time and risk of problems. The fuel block uses an -6an braided hose with OEM fittings to connect to the fuel rail.
